- Contact details. Your name, email address, and company or business name when you submit a form on the Site.
- Mobile number. Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it through our chat widget and affirmatively consent to receive text messages.
- Inquiry details. The inquiry type, investment range, visa program, visa timeline, country, and any message you write to us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed.
- Cookies or similar technologies used by the Site and by our service providers.
Information you enter but we do not receive
Our business valuation calculator runs entirely in your browser. The financial figures you enter into it are not transmitted to us, stored on our servers, or retained by GDC in any form.
3. Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile number and consent through our chat widget, you may receive text messages from GDC relating to your inquiry, deal opportunities, and scheduling.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the categories of sharing described elsewhere in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service from GDC. We only send messages to numbers that have affirmatively opted in.
